We acted for a company which was being sued by another company for non-payment of its invoice for services provided to our client. Court proceedings were issued which we successfully defended on the basis that the services supplied to our client company fell below the standard required by the contract. The claim was dismissed and our client's costs were paid.
We acted for a company which was supplying services to an international company. Our client's contract was terminated early and the international company refused to pay for the termination period. We sued the international company on behalf of our client who were forced to pay the termination period and the majority of our client's costs.
