We provided in-house training on "Getting to grips with employment law” for managers of an organisation in the health care sector. Feed back included "Very productive day, good pace, very informative”, and we have been asked back to provide further training.
We were advising a Charity on various issues including disability discrimination and dealing with disciplinary and grievance matters. As a result, the charity decided to provide a comprehensive day of Equal Opportunities and discrimination training to all its Managers. This not only allowed a discussion of current pressing issues but also enabled the organisation to demonstrate its commitment to equal opportunities and best practice.
