We offer careers at Darbys, instead of just jobs.
We have a track record of working with good people to harness and develop them.
We have a track record of transforming peoples' experiences, aspirations, rewards, and of course their contributions to our business.
This is so in both sides of the team that runs and drives our business - the legal team and the Business Support team.
In the former team, there are transparent career paths for our lawyers that can - and regularly does - take a lawyer from trainee to solicitor to Associate and on to Partner.
In the latter team, we have a track record of giving people opportunities to broaden their experience and to move to different areas of the firm, of investing in their training, and in taking people way out of their comfort zone. Promotion to Associate and Partner are available for these vital people just as they are for our lawyers.
We don't let things coast. We have FDC (Feedback/Develop/Challenge) reviews with our people during the year where we listen and where we push and encourage. In those, we encourage our people to strive for the development and the promotion that is available to everyone in the firm.
We thus try to get people to perform out of their skin whatever they do, and where they do we don't let them down.
If you are someone that performs out of your skin and wants the recognition, rewards, and responsibility that that kind of performance deserves, and who thinks you could help us to drive any part of our business forward, contact us.
We currently do not have any vacancies available.
Please send any enquiries that you have about working with us - whether that relates to Work Experience opportunities, or to a role in any part of our Business Support team, or to a role in any part of our legal team (Trainee Solicitor, Paralegal, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Partner) to our Head of HR, Cathy Lea at clea@darbys.co.uk
If you are someone who goes the extra mile, we want to hear from you.
