R recovered over £1.1M for a head injury sustained at 3 years of age. R was injured when hit by an ice cream van. R suffered a brain injury and facial palsy. He recovered well but continued to need assistance with some tasks into adulthood. His earning capacity was affected. We helped to recover damages for R and continue to assist in management of his finances through a Court of Protection order.
L was a successful sports player in his first year of a management degree when he was a passenger in his friends' car and involved in a serious RTA. L suffered a severe head and brain injury and initially was expected not to survive.
