The Commercial Property team is proud of its wide client base which includes landlords and tenants, banks and other financial institutions, landowners, developers, local authorities, investors, university colleges and other charitable institutions, liquidators and receivers. As a result the full spectrum of property work is covered, for example: - the acquisition and disposal of development land
- options and pre-lets
- site assembly and construction
- the acquisition disposal and leasing of all types of property including offices, shops, restaurant and leisure outlets and factories, whether vacant, for investment or for owner/occupation
Furthermore, the team liaises closely with other teams in the firm, in particular:
the Dispute Resolution team to deal with landlord and tenant issues
the Planning and Environment team, particularly in relation to development and legal agreements and licensing issues
the Commercial team, where we assist in the acquisition and disposal of companies the Agricultural team, where we work together for landed estates and on rural issues
